Job and Family Services
The Adams County Department of Job and Family Services offers help with Cash Assistance (OWF), child care, child support, food assistance, health care (Medicaid), work support services through the Prevention, Retention, and Contingency (PRC) program, disability assistance, Learning, Earning, and Parenting (LEAP) services for teenage parents, adult protective services, and Medicaid transportation (NET).
You can apply on line anytime at http://jfs.ohio.gov/OFam/index.stm or fill out a "Request for Cash, Food, and Medical Assistance" (JFS7200) form and submit to the county agency.
